Diana Buxban is an experienced Yoga Teacher, certified Vegan Chef, Public Speaker, Writer, and Holistic Nutritionist in training, most sought after as a regenerative lifestyle coach and mentor.


A teacher by formation, she supports wholeheartedly resilient, sustainability-driven individuals, who wish to optimize their health performance through intelligent personalized nutrition, balanced lifestyle, and reasonable emotional hygiene.
Her connection with movement, food, and colour as soul therapy started in her childhood as a budding athlete and aspiring artist. Following a successful career in Journalism and Software Industry, she decided to pour her attention in a lifelong love for the art of Wellbeing and Wholesome Living. Through extensive study of human anatomy, physiology, emotional life, and social interaction, Diana developed over the past 7 years a more coherent philosophy, which translated into a curriculum that she is excited to share with others.
Currently, Diana Buxban works as a Yoga Therapist and Teacher, supporting equally people who wish to face daily challenges in a successful way, as well as professional athletes to meet their performance goals. She is engaged in courses that shape and prepare the teachers of tomorrow, continuing to grow with her trainees and be inspired with their accomplishments.
As a Chef, Diana continues to develop nourishing recipes for the soul and body, customizing menus to current needs of her clients. She aims to inspire everyone to get involved in preparing their own food, take charge of personal health, take informed decisions in life.
The core principle in Diana Buxban’s entire holistic work is that pertinent choices in life can only be implemented if one fully acknowledges and honours their unique biology and mental blueprint.
